Currently, some of the inspection rules fixed over the whole Apache Ignite Project:
IGNITE-9923
IGNITE-9652
IGNITE-9597
IGNITE-9311

We need to create an inspection configuration for the TC suite `Inspections: Core` with enabled only these rules.
