Added test TcpClientDiscoverySpiSelfTest.testClientReconnectOneServerOneClient provoking reconnect on network error.

In debugger see that in ServerImpl.processClientReconnectMessage server sees that collection of pending events is null and rejects reconnect, but actually it is valid scenario when there are no pending events.
