Tests from CacheContinuousQueryVariationsTest require a lot of time ([sample run|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewLog.html?buildId=2136245&buildTypeId=IgniteTests24Java8_RunAll&tab=testsInfo]) and thus slow down build on TeamCity significantly.

They need to be investigated and optimized if possible.
