This is the request from one of our users.

We already have {{GridCacheSqlMetadata}} and {{GridCacheSqlIndexMetadata}} interfaces and {{GridCacheQueryManager.sqlMetadata()}} method.

Need to move interfaces to public package and add a new method on {{IgniteCache}}.
