I am trying to uncomment IgniteOffheapReadWriteLockSelfTest but testTagIdUpdateContinuous() deadlocks every now and when on barr.await();

Please fix it and un-fail.

Note that I also suggest changing wait time from 30 to 5 seconds per test, is that OK?
