is wrong, should be 512 instead of 64: [http://www.delorie.com/djgpp/doc/incs/fcntl.h]

Maybe some other constant values, too.

Also, setupOpenFlags() function: [https://github.com/apache/ignite/blob/63dc75b85b12f1c7bea796714c1e88925c16b1ab/modules/direct-io/src/main/java/org/apache/ignite/internal/processors/cache/persistence/file/AlignedBuffersDirectFileIO.java#L148] is incomprehensive, compare it with completeness of checks in OpenJDK, support for CREATE_NEW, etc.
