Extra information about topology should be added to Handshake phase of establishing discovery connection between two nodes, e.g. info about current coordinator, current topology version, topology hash.

Node processing Handshake request will be able to validate this information and make a decision about next steps from printing warning to logs to forcibly stopping other node.
