I suggest to add new {{LifecycleEventType}}, {{BEFORE_CLUSTER_ACTIVATE}}, {{AFTER_CLUSTER_ACTIVATE}}, {{BEFORE_CLUSTER_DEACTIVATE}}, {{AFTER_CLUSTER_DEACTIVATE}} and fire corresponding lifecycle events along with regular events.
