TDE feature should allow to user to protect data stored in the persistence storage with some cypher algorithm.
Design details described in [IEP-18|https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IGNITE/IEP-18%3A+Transparent+Data+Encryption].
When this task will be done production ready TDE implementation should be available for Ignite.
