If a node reconnects during the cluster activation process then some of the GridProcessor instances of that node will be incorrectly initialized. While GridClusterStateProcessor will correctly report the active cluster state, other processors that are sensitive to the cluster state, e.g. GridServiceProcessor, will be not initialized.

 

This is a problem similar to IGNITE-7753, except that the timing (and the code that should handle this) is different.
