We need to know how does mvcc sql feature affect performance.
dev branch: ignite-4191
cache atomicity mode: TRANSACTIONAL

We need to adopt existing jdbc benchmarks to be able to run in mvcc.
Only thin driver  and native sql should be benchmarked.
