Assume we have n servers and at least 2 clients

client 1 creates table (via thin driver)
after that (in global time) client 2 tries to insert data in that table

Currently, if client 2 didn't received from server that table is created, it rejects query execution
But in this case client 2 could ask connected server for updates before rejection
