org.apache.ignite.IgniteCheckedException: Snapshot feature is not allowed by the licence.

It happens time to time. We rely on default license in tests where Ultimate features are enabled.
But on some agents license file is presented which would be read by nodes and because of it ultimate features would be disabled.

Another observation is that it happens only with windows-agents.
