After running test suite [Ignite Tests 2.4+ \[Java 8\] Ignite OSGi|https://ci.ignite.apache.org/viewType.html?buildTypeId=IgniteTests24Java8_IgniteOSGi] under Windows based agent, following builds fail to start with error

It seems that test fails to correctly finish itself, leaving processes that locks build directory.

The test should be investigated on the subject of correct finishing itself. Also Windows Java cleanup should be researched.
