Since IGNITE-7107, http://apache.org/dist/ignite/KEYS.txt will be used also for GPG repository check, it is desirable to rename {{KEYS.txt}} to {{KEYS}} for more convenient usage (like Cassandra has: http://apache.org/dist/cassandra/)
