Certifying Ignite Kafka connector with Confluent will give Ignite Community benefits like:
* TBD (I will put the benefits here after I confirm them)

A certified connector must be coded according to [these requirements](https://www.confluent.io/wp-content/uploads/Partner-Dev-Guide-for-Kafka-Connect.pdf), reviewed and approved by Confluent.
The existing ignite-kafka module does not comply with the requirements.

The purpose of this task to develop a certified version of the connector.
