{{IgniteConfiguration.IsActiveOnStart}} seems to have no effect. The following code causes an exception on {{GetOrCreateCache}}:

{
    PersistentStoreConfiguration = new PersistentStoreConfiguration(),
    IsActiveOnStart = true
};

using (var ignite = Ignition.Start(cfg))
{
    var cache = ignite.GetOrCreateCache<int, int>("foo");
}
