Currently, {{SQLBindParameter}} unbinds parameter if the {{ParameterValuePtr}} is {{NULL}} in analogy with {{SQLBindCol}}. Howeverm according to https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/sql/odbc/reference/syntax/sqlbindparameter-function there should not be such a behaviour. {{ParameterValuePtr}} can be set to {{NULL}} for example if user wants to bind {{SQL_NULL_DATA}} parameter.
