Test to reproduce: {{IgnitePdsTxCacheRebalancingTest}}
Cause: invalid invariant in {{writeExternal}} method - we have more than 3 values in {{GridDhtPartitionState}} enum.

The whole {{Ignite PDS Indexing}} suite hangs due to it.
