Any exception has been thrown by {{GridDhtPartitionsExchangeFuture.init()}} causes to wait indefinitely {{GridCompoundFuture}} returned by {{GridCacheProcessor.dynamicStartCaches()}}.

Reproduced by {{IgniteDynamicCacheStartSelfTest.testGetOrCreateCollectionExceptional()}}
