There were many big and small changes introduced in Apache Ignite 2.0 that break backward compatibility with version 1.x and has to put into the migration guide.

* An umbrella ticket with most significant changes (IGNITE-4960)
* An umbrella ticket with minor tasks (IGNITE-4547)
* Migration guide on Ignite wiki (https://cwiki.apache.org/confluence/display/IGNITE/Apache+Ignite+2.0+Migration+Guide)

Update readme.io documentation if needed.
