{{Ignition.StartFromApplicationConfiguration()}} fails with {{exePath must be specified when not running inside a stand alone exe}} error. Equivalent call in web environment would be {{System.Web.Configuration.WebConfigurationManager.OpenWebConfiguration("~")}}, but we really do not want System.Web dependency.

{{Ignition.StartFromApplicationConfiguration("igniteConfiguration")}} works, and that is what we should do from the method without arguments.
