* PlatformAsyncTarget supports legacy async mechanism and should be removed.

* PlatformTargetProxy supports legacy mode via the following methods, remove them:

    void listenFuture(final long futId, int typ) throws Exception;
    void listenFutureForOperation(final long futId, int typ, int opId) throws Exception;
