The current guide (https://apacheignite-net.readme.io/v1.7/docs/getting-started-2) is based on the fact that you need to build a binary from sources.

We should demonstrate how it can be done with ‘modules/platforms/dotnet/bin/Apache.Ignite.exe’ that is already available.

Next, we should showcase how we can change a configuration for this Apache.Ignite.exe and refer to additional libs/dlls (aka assemblies).
