For some reasons IGNITE_HOME may pint out on wrong location or {{libs}} is missed. Now I see following if {{libs}} direcotry missed:

Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.ignite.startup.cmdline.CommandLineTransformer
Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.ignite.startup.cmdline.CommandLineRandomNumberGenerator
Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.ignite.internal.util.portscanner.GridJmxPortFinder
ignite.bat, WARN: Failed to resolve JMX host. JMX will be disabled.
Error: Could not find or load main class org.apache.ignite.startup.cmdline.CommandLineStartup

It's not clear and script in {{bin}} directory should have minimal checks for mandatory files and prints out a proper error if some of them has been missed
