When IGNITE-3376 is ready, we will be able to execute {{PROXY}} operations directly from {{IgfsImpl}}. It means that we no longer need {{HadoopPayloadAware}} interface, and we no longer need to pass {{IgfsPaths}} to the client.

Let's remove them all together.
