{{EXPIRED}} events are supported in JCache event listeners, but are ignored in continuous queries. We should support them there as well.

Not to confuse existing users, I think we should make listening to {{EXPIRED}} events optional and add {{includeExpired}} property to {{ContinuousQuery}}.
