Ignite Visor console doesn't support -cfg and -e options simultaneously. It prints such and error:

*(wrn) <visor>: Options can't contains both -cfg and one of -b or -e options.*

Because of this it's not possible to execute several commands in batch mode  providing cluster config xml file.
