I added test MarshallerCacheJobRunNodeRestartTest from time to reproducing error 'Failed to read class name from file' during during deserialization.

This is some issue with marshaller cache: it is updated usign putIfAbsent method, now its implementation has a race and sometimes it can exit before value is updated on backup node. As a workaround for marshaller cache I usggest using 'getAndPut' instead of 'putIfAbsent (just need implement 'tryGetAndPut' method which will not wait for topology changes).

Also let's make error message in MarshallerContextImpl.className more informative.
