Usually we are trying to maintain flat projects structure. E.g. see Java root - single project hosts all modules.
I propose to do the following:
1) Rename "odbc-driver" to "odbc" and move it to the main CPP solution.
2) Move "odbc-test" to the main CPP solution.

Igor, do you see any issues with this approach?
