As we now can start test drive directly from web console lets remove --test-drive options from agent, agent readme and from load metadata / sql dialogs.

Rename in web console test drive to "start demo"

Fix agent start sql demo from web console + add cancel button + add timeouts + add show proper error message in case of error.
