The following methods generate visible GC pressure due to constant boxing of int keys:
BinaryContext.descriptorForTypeId
BinaryContext.userTypeIdMapper
BinaryContext.schemaRegistry

Possilbe solutions:
1) int -> Object maps (e.g. see Martin Thompson's Argona lib).
2) COW semantics instead of concurrent maps/sets as these collections are updated only during warmup.
