{{RandomEvictionPolicy}} and {{IgniteCache.randomEntry()}} method should be deprecated.

Offheap cache should throw {{UnsupportedOperationException}} for this method (see IGNITE-1180).

Client node should also throw {{UnsupportedOperationException}} (see IGNITE-1180).

{{RandomEvictionPolicy}} doesn't support near caches (see IGNITE-1380)
