Looking for certificates in directory install_root/ignite-dev/modules/ducktests/tests/certs/ seems a bit strange.

If you run a ducktests not using run_tests.sh (for example: in AWS, or Vagrand env.), certificates are generates in separate step, and have no connection with Ignite sources.

Seeam more universal if we place them in install_root/certs
