It needs to implement a retry of establishing the connection. It is not clear which way is better to implement such idea because the current implementation too difficult to configure(number of retries, several properties of retry time). So it needs to think a better way to configure it. And it needs to be implementeded.

Perhaps, scalecube(gossip protocol) do all work already and we should do nothing here. Need to recheck.
