Since Java 11 support was added in https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-11189 it should be possible to create Docker images as well. 

This will allow usage of TLSv1.3 and make _‑Djdk.tls.client.protocols=TLSv1.2_ JVM parameter unnecessary on thick clients.
