java.lang.AssertionError: Invalid value [node=distributed.CacheExchangeMergeTest0, client=false, order=1, cache=c6] expected:<1> but was:<null>

Covered of case of one phase committed transaction with zero backups. The reason of this issue in that a primary node fails during a near node is sending a request.
