Single message is ignoring during exchange:

{code:java|GridCachePartitionExchangeManager.java}
if (exchangeInProgress()) {
  if (log.isInfoEnabled())
    log.info("Ignore single message without exchange id (there is exchange in progress) [nodeId=" + node.id() + "]");
       
  return;
}
{code}

By thew reason the message does not be received after exchange. As result waiting ideal assignment stuck until next rebalance.
