In the following example

we have a wrong annotation usage.
{code}
@QuerySqlField(index = true)
@QuerySqlField.Group(name = "idx1", order = 1)
private int bla;
{code}

The correct one must look like this
{code}
@QuerySqlField(index=true, orderedGroups = {@QuerySqlField.Group(name = "grp1", order = 1), @QuerySqlField.Group(name = "grp2", order = 2)})
{code}
