In case of long lasting data removing processes, for example, stopping of big caches, particularly if highly uneven data distribution across partitions takes place, it would be perfect to have a tool, providing monitoring of cache data removal progress.

I suppose, it should be metrics, representing status of caches stop, destroy and clear processes.

This metrics should be available at least via JMX, and should be periodically printed into logs.
