WithReadRepair in .NET was partially implemented as part of IGNITE-10663, however:
* It does not work due to missing Java part (no handling of CacheOp.WithReadRepair in PlatformCache)
* There are no tests

This new API is not in any release yet, so we should either fix it or remove from the public API.
