Currently, if the node-receiver decides to interrupt a file transmission it must throw a runtime exception which looks odd due to exception logging

Since cancellation a file transmission is a regular operation errors in the log will confuse the user too much.  The node-receiver must have an ability to gracefully stop a file transmission locally and on the node-sender.
