We need to implement expected to be rebalanced cache group keys and total bytes. Currently, 'estimatedKeysCount' cache metric returns '-1' for some of the cases (see comments IGNITE-11330).

* rebalancingExpectedBytes long metric
* rebalancingEvictedPartitionsLeft long metric
