1.) Add configuration property "driversFolder"

2.) Add remote method availableDrivers() that returns all jar from drivers folder.

Note: By default $AGENT_HOME/drivers is used as drivers folder. AGENT_HOME is a folder where agent.1.4.1.jar is located.
