For now we have 300+ muted tests related to Mvcc support for LOCAL caches.
As IGNITE-9530 has been closed with "wont fix" we have to
 # Cleanup code and remove test clones like IgniteCacheGroupsTest.testCacheIteratorMvccTxLocal
 # Add LOCAL cache test classes to ignore list in Mvcc suites.
 # Other tests should be disabled in Mvcc mode with Assumption and meaningful message.
 # All these tests should be unmuted on TC.
