"Cache 1" TC suite actually runs IgniteBinaryCacheTestSuite.

It looks like we can merge IgniteBinaryCacheTestSuite and IgniteCacheTestSuite as the last one is never run separately.

IgniteBinaryCacheTestSuite has ignored test that never run. 
Let's enable these tests and mute them with certain Jira ticket if there is any issue.
