{{GridCacheDatabaseSharedManager#failCheckpointReadLock}} should report {{SYSTEM_WORKER_BLOCKED}} to failure handler: it is closer to the truth and default consequenses are not so severe as opposed to {{CRITICAL_ERROR}}.
