We need a DOAP file (Description Of A Project) for Ignite, and once we have
that, we get in touch with Infra.

This is the DOAP file for Camel, as an example [2]. It's located in the
root of our Git repo.

Fancy writing it, Dmitriy?

IIRC INFRA doesn't need to be involved - doap discovery is an automatic thing.
Just recently same oddity was discovered in Groovy as well - nice catch Raul!
