documentation for dynamic cache templates in Ignite

Igniters,

I just realized that we have no documentation describing how dynamic caches
and cache configuration templates work in Ignite. I am not sure who
implemented this feature, but whoever is an expert in this, can you please
add a documentation page with some examples describing this functionality?
