additional issues to fix in 1.1.0

Guys,

Since we have to resubmit the release, I would like to get a couple of SQL
query issues fixed there as well:

https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/IGNITE-886

Both of them have to do with SQL queries continuing to work under load with
changing topology.

Sergi V., since you are the biggest expert on SQL, I assigned both tickets
to you. If you don't think they can be fixed in 1.1, we will move them to
the next release.
